instructions if you've never done this

1. go to the link provided above.
2. click 'load image'.
3. load image and find 'frame animation' on the next page.
4. it'll give you a page with numbers and a bunch of buttons that say 'load image'.
5. load the second frame.
6. scroll all the way down and select '1/5 speed' and set the loop at 'infinite'.
7. click done.
8. save the icon and set it!
